    The stay was comfortable; no complaint. Stayed for 2 nights in this romantic and wonderful place, enjoyed that. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from a miniature golf course. There was variety of restaurants and different restaurants nearby.

    Having to rely on a buggy to get around is a major inconvenience!!! The technology in the rooms is subpar for a five-star hotel, especially a lack of Smart TVs that are common even in budget accommodations!!!

    Beautiful Stay with Great Amenities

    We spent 4 nights in an Ultimate Pool Villa and loved every moment. Enjoyed sunset views by the pool, and dining at the steakhouse was a highlight.     The service. The selection of activities on offer kept us entertained throughout our entire stay. Our select terrace suite king provided amazing sea views that we adored every morning.

    I enjoyed the spacious Ultimate Pool Villa with a beautiful outdoor patio and private plunge pool. The architecture and landscaped gardens were fine. Staff provided friendly service throughout my stay, which enhanced my experience, especially Pat in the spa who gave excellent information. The food was great, particularly breakfast. There were several issues. Housekeeping left used towels on the terrace and didn't replace furniture or clean adequately. Dirty dishes were left at our villa, and there was no welcome drink or special attention upon arrival. Staff's English was poor. The resort felt disorganized, with management needing improvement. My room also had electrical problems that took time to fix. The beautiful setting compensated for the lack of management efficiency, but I expected more from a Ritz-Carlton.

    Fine views and a beautiful villa

    I recently spent time in a lovely villa with amazing views, and the dining at the Thai restaurant was exquisite. The staff was generally friendly, but I did find them a little overwhelmed at times, which affected the service speed. Although the stay was enjoyable, I think they could improve on anticipating guest needs and enhancing their customer service.

    The breakfast was unbelievable, with a fine variety and great quality. My kids loved the kids club. The attentive staff engaged them with crafts and activities, while I took in the gorgeous ocean view from our spacious room.

    In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more safe play areas for young children throughout the resort.

    The select terrace suite king was spacious with fine ocean views. The bed was super comfy. It had a nice balcony to relax on. Enjoyed the outdoor pool area with amazing sun loungers. The breakfast had a great selection, especially the fresh bakery items. Loved the spa facilities, especially the couples massage.
